  • 30 minute appointment for an express back, neck & shoulders massage or a leg massage.

  • 60 minute appointment for a Swedish Body Massage to include legs & feet, hand & arms, back, neck and shoulders.

  • 90 minute appointment to include a facial massage.

The aims of Swedish massage are to relieve tension and to aid relaxation, improve your circulation, soothe your muscles and make you feel more relaxed.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot & Cold Stones Massage

​A specialist massage that uses smooth, flat, heated basalt stones a type of volcanic rock that retains heat. Cold marble stones can be incorporated. A helpful way to reduce stress and anxiety, promote relaxation, and ease pain and muscle tension.

Back Massage

Warm Bamboo Massage

Warm bamboo massage uses solid bamboo sticks of different lengths and diameters to massage the body.

 

The sticks are gently warmed and applied to give deep and long massage strokes to break down tension and stretch tight muscles.

 

It will leaves you feeling relaxed and energised and with a sense that your muscles have been stretched, warmed and elongated.

Soft Body Cupping

Cupping involves suctioning the skin with silicone cups. This suction is thought to improve the flow of energy in the body and facilitate healing. It may help improve blood flow, boost immune function, remove toxins, and reduce pain.
